CONTEMPORARY ARTWORK

I am now studying on the MA in Contemporary Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University. It's a full-time course, so I will be producing work, but not all of it will get on here.

The big news is that the M3-M6 Unterwegs / Underway show has opened in Lancaster. It's the result of a trip to Berlin last year. Five North West based artists visited the Berlin Biennale with a view to meeting Berlin artists and starting networking opportunities with them. Some money was secured from the Arts Council which has resulted in a touring show of 12 artists' work, seven from the UK and five from Berlin.

On Friday 6th March the first show opened at the Alexandra Gallery in Lancaster. There's a page showing images from my piece - Anti-Fascist Protection Measure here. After a few weeks it moves to The PR1 Gallery in Preston. There is also a parallel show at the Harris Museum in central Preston. I have some shots of that here.

After the shows finish in the UK a good deal of the work will move to the M3 Kunsthalle in Berlin.
